TAP Air Portugal SGPS, in the process of managing votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting in November 2022, used X2VOTE platform.
The purpose of the process was to vote on resolution proposals in a simple and intuitive way, with immediate tabulation of results, according to the corresponding shareholding weight of each shareholder.

The TAP Group selected X2VOTE platform so that workers could exercise their right to vote in a simple and secure way via the Internet. Voting for candidates took place exclusively electronically in June 2021, with the platform having been made available to thousands of TAP Group employees around the world.
Extreme Solutions, in addition to the platform, provided all the support and Help Desk services during the voting period.
